We’re excited to announce this year’s winter recital concerts. Whether you’ve just begun your musical journey or you’ve been honing your craft for years, there’s nothing more beneficial than the experience of performing in front of a live audience. Our recitals are fun and low-stress. Students can perform any song they would like as a solo, with their teacher, along with a backing track, or with friends or family members.
Catch the finale of the 2019 Sunburst House Band Season at Spirit Lodge on February 15th with Spare Lights.

Our Spring Recitals will be taking place as usual at the beginning of June, but this time they will be over Zoom. We encourage all of our students to prepare something to perform and invite all of their friends and family members to tune in!
We have had some “practice” hosting these online performances with our Open Mic Night series, and they have been working really well! While we can’t wait to be able to put on in-person performances again, performing over Zoom can still provide students some of the same sense of accomplishment and community.

In response/tribute to the tragic events that have affected our community and to those who were closely connected to Tree of Life and the victims, our family at Sunburst is eager to use the gift of music to lift hearts, to hold space for those grieving and bring our strong and loving neighbors together. We’ll hope you’ll join us in a evening of performances hosted by our young musicians, the Sunburst Rocks Band, light snacks, beverages, and an opportunity to donate to some good causes.
